Memorandum for the Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies

For those of you who would like to read the White House  memoradum, which is pretty much a cease and desist order, you can click here for a copy of it. Depending on your political leaning, this is either the beginning of the end, or, well… really good news.   Regardless, the first 100 days of any new Presidential administration are interesting, and so far the Obama Administration has not disappointed. 

Emmanuel states: 

Subject to any exceptions the Director or Acting Director of the Office of Management and Budget allows for emergency situations or other urgent circumstances relating to health, safety, environmental, financial, or national security matters, or otherwise, no proposed or final regulation should be sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication unless and until it has been reviewed and approved by a department or agency head appointed or designated by the President after noon on January 20, 2009…
